Omega SA1-RTD is only up to 260 Celcius Degrees. Is there an alternative to Omega SA1-RTD sensor because I need to measure degrees up to 1000 Celcius Degrees.

Welcome to the TechForum.
The 1000°C is a hard target to reach. The RTDs top out in the 850°C range. Thermistors have even less range.
Have you considered a Type K thermocouple. A representative example is the Omega KMQXL-062U-6 Omega.
What is you application for this sensor?
