Does 2004-11049-06_A1-ND ship as the front light film only, or as the film optically bonded to an LS013B7DH03 display?

The part number 2004-11049-06_A1-ND would be just the LED light panel for the 425-2903-ND display. It will not include the display, and that has to be purchased separately.
