1508-ST has 8 circuits with 16 wire entries, 2 for each circuit. If you’re after 10 or 11 circuits that would be 1510-ST or 1511-ST, neither of which we carry but they can be ordered on our website as non stocking product.
As per the data sheet on these barrier blocks in 1500 series from Curtis Industries:

It shows that the -ST already comes with double solder lug for each circuit.
The accessories for the quick connect terminals show their differences on page 3 of the data sheet. For example, the TB12 is both terminals at 45 degrees angle, while the TB18 is one terminal at 45 degrees angle without the second terminal.
In regard to the jumpers, it seems that there is some mixup on what the part number would be for the ring terminal style ones that were mentioned on the data sheet page 4 such as 068240100.
We don’t seem to have these ring style ones, and I could not locate them on the Curtis website.
There is 068260100 from them that we have as non stock part but I could not verify that part on their website.
We do seem to have some ring style jumpers from other manufacturers like here:
