2017NAZ06 chip - help needed with identification

Hi guys.

I accidentally blown this chip in my router UPS. Thought it was a dead end since it did not have any markings on the top side. But then I removed it and flipped and there is was Been searching around myself - wasn’t able to find anything meaningful, so now you’re my only hope  .

It takes ~4.5V LDO on pin4 and pin8 is GND. Can’t remember which one but either pin2 or pin3 goes to the on/off button that shorts this pin to GND when pressed. That’s all I know so far. Will be happy to provide more info if need be and I’ll be able to

Thanks a lot in advance!

Hello,

I tried searching online for more information on this to see if we had a possible replacement, but unfortunately I couldn’t find anything on this part.

thanks a lot for trying anyway, still hoping someone knows something about it :crossed_fingers:

Unfortunately, those markings strike me as just date code/lot code info, and I believe the lower markings refer to green/RoHS/lead-free type info.

The fact that they appear to have intentionally hidden the top-side markings is interesting, but I don’t know what it might be.
