We don’t have the exact size but we offer a 24-18 AWG in Polycarbonate, which should usually work in your case unless you have a high temperature. Elpress PC insulation goes from
-40 deg. C to 90-100 deg C. operating temperature, is halogen-free, and has a UL94 V2 rating

Currently 6000 in stock in the warehouse in Sweden, might take 4 weeks standard shipping. MOQ 300 pcs. If urgent, you can also arrange a direct shipment approx. 1-2 weeks on your carrier account with the Digikey Elpress Marketplace team.
(In case you look up the link right now, the delivery time and qtys might differ. In a few moments this will change. The a/m qtys and delivery times are correct. This is a Marketplace product.

I hope that helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Forgot to mention that the short term heat resistance is higher than 100 deg. C
Elpress insulation sleeves are moulded in polycarbonate which has excellent deformation characteristics and maintains its vibration support up to high temperatures, well over 100 deg. C.

Hi Kaleb
You misunderstand the delivery time.

I am from Elpress, a Swedish company with a subsidiary in Chicago. The delivery time in the am link I posted of 45 days = 4-5 weeks on MARKETPLACE shows that the regular shipping time is -4-5 weeks from Sweden via Elpress Inc to the customer. If the customer needs that faster, Elpress can ship in behalf of Digikey expedited to the customer on the customer’s account. Just to clarify.

There might be of course other options on the Digikey but I can only speak of Elpress and not the others. IMO this is a good option and it usually fits unless the customer needs Nylon (Polyamid) insulation because of short temperature resistance of 140 C. Then Elpress is out of the game.
I hope that is clear now.
