Tried to use a PC817 module to kick the 5V output to 24V but receiver still not picking it up. Rather than keep messing around, I would like a 24V alternate to SEN0381.

A 24-V variant is not offered. Interfacing to a 24V system using an optocoupler should not be particularly difficult though, if correctly connected.
I’d offer the observation that the available documentation (such as it is) does not indicate whether the output is of a push-pull or open-collector type, and that the distinction could easily account for difficulties being experienced.
