# 24v transformet to power supply

I have an air cleaner for my HVAC unit that came with a 24v 40va transfomer. I would rather install a 24v power supply with screw terminals. The air cleaner unit came with a barrel plug with 2 leads that wire up to the transformer. I found a power supply that I think will work but I am not sure, so I am looking for help to make sure I picked the correct part.

Model BPE2G is what I selected

Looking at the specifications it looks like [BPE2G](https://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/hammond-manufacturing/BPE2G/HM1580-ND/454398) would supply the power that you need.
