We sell the complementary part separately, that is 2SC5200.

Hello @right2revolt,

You could match them yourself using the technique I described in this video. The latest version of the tool is the Digilent Analog Discovery 3.

Have you considered using transistors on the same substrate. An example PNP pair is the CMKT5087. you can find similar parts by searching DigiKey using keywords “BJT 5087”, assuming you are looking for cousins of the 2N5087. See also: What are jellybean electronic components?

Out of curiosity, what is the application.
