Hello minkc6861,

The 2SC4060 is a high voltage NPN transistor likely used as the horizontal output driver in a tube-type television.

As you pointed out, DigiKey does not offer this device.

May I recommend you search for a substitute from the [NTE Electronics Inc.](https://www.nteinc.com/) line of semiconductors. DigiKey does carry many, but not all, of the NTE substitutions.

To help you with the substitution, please follow this video I constructed before joining the DigiKey team.
