Also, the SDCard on our initial order of 1ea was DOA.

Looking at the datasheet it looks like the power supplies for this are optional accessories. Out of curiosity what power supply are you using with this?

The minimum wattage is 25.5 Watts with 27 Watts being recommended.

They came enabled for PoE - we are using that. We did all 4 the same and 1 worked, the other 3 have not. If we have to use an external power supply, Do you have a 27W USBC with an on\off switch part number we can try instead? .or. a 27W power block + separate USBC cable with a on\off switch combo that would work?

I did not find any USB-C Power Supplies with sufficient Wattage or cables with included power switches.
