I need 2 x 47,000 uf 100 v electrolytic capacitors to replace filter caps in a Nakamichi PA-5 power amplifier. These are large cans that appear to have the screw connectors on the top.
Can I still get these?
That sort of product is certainly still made, though some accommodations may need to be made for fitment as technology has improved in the last ~40 years and items with comparable ratings are likely to be somewhat smaller.
These are currently available listings with comparable electrical ratings. Check the dimensions and look for something that can be made to fit.
