I am in need of the plastic version of the CMDUCT2U, but see only the new metal ones, are the plastic still available ?

We do have slotted raceways similar to that in plastic yes in the link below:
Wire Ducts, Raceways | Cables, Wires - Management | DigiKey
Not all are meant for 19" racks though. You can filter by length and width from there to get the right size one for you.
