8434Evm board

I have set up and installed the 8434Evm software etc:
I’m using Window10 and have installed the correct driver(USB etc).

When launch Gui and clicked on the connect button. Hardware software connect established(sometime for 2min than disconnected.
VM is supplied. After view min. I get an error message for example 0x3002, 0x3004
