Can I can epc23101engrt kicad symbol and footprint files? I could’t find it.

No CAD resources appear to be offered for this device at the present time, however the datasheet does appear to contain information sufficient to allow creation of these resources for oneself.
The information on EPC’s Assembly Resources page may be found useful as a reference.
