As this driver is currently obsolete and the previous replacement driver is resulting in flickering fixtures, I am still hunting an appropriate alternate.

This unit is operating perfectly. The two alternates that have been previously provided by our electrician have resulted in flickering fixtures.
This was the closest I could find. Check out this. ESS010W-0350-24-ND. The original driver supported phase-cut dimming, so a non-dimmable replacement on a dimmer circuit could explain the flickering. The minimum output voltage on this one is 14V versus the original’s 12V. Please review the options I supplied and their datasheets.

Any reason for selecting the 10W vs 15W unit?

The 15W unit will almost certainly be incompatible with a LED selected for use with the DRW-xxxx mentioned as an original.
An LED that’s a match for a given driver will exhibit a forward voltage within the output range specified for the driver, when the driver’s specified output current is passed through it.
Other listings that may possibly be options can be found here. Identifying the driven LED and its characteristics would be helpful for confirming a selection. If dimming functionality is needed, the ESS10xxxx looks like the only option on hand at present.
