# Alternative for 2SC1969 from Mitsubishi Electric

We do not currently carry the [2SC1969](https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/10/MITSUBISHI/2SC1969.html) transistor from Mitsubishi Electric, however we do carry a similar product from [Infineon Technologies](https://www.digikey.com/en/supplier-centers/infineon-technologies). Please review the datasheets to ensure the alternative will work for your application.
