Welcome to the TechForum. Consider the newer products in the Cyclone series linked HERE. The EP1C4F400C8 has reached end of life and is no longer supported. There are no supported drop-in alternatives. The only supported options are to continue using existing inventory with legacy tools or to migrate the design to a newer FPGA family. You may also find it helpful to reach out to the Altera community forums for additional discussion and peer input linked HERE.
