I tried to order the PSM11R-120 for BlackMagic design converters. Digikey suggested PSAC12R, but the plug did not fit the converters. (slightly too small) Any suggestion for a converter that actually works?
It is likely that black magic designs had a special version made of this power supply that has a different plug end other than the standard 2.1mmx5.5mm plug. you may need to go back to the OEM for a replacement power supply.

OEM would be the original equipment manufacturer which in this case I would say is BlackMagic Design. They may be able to provide a replacement power supply.

What is the specific part number of the Blackmagic Design product for which you need this supply? Perhaps the documentation specifies the specific part number required or, unlikely but even better, the size of the specific plug which fits into the power jack on that product.
As a note, the power plug on the “standard” PSM11R-120 that we used to stock and on the PSAC12R-120-R are both 5.5mm outside diameter and 2.1mm inside diameter.
If it looks like the outside diameter on the plug for the PSAC12R-120-R is right but that the inside hole is slightly small, then you probably need a 5.5mm outside diameter by 2.5mm inside diameter plug.
If that is so, here’s a link to a number of 12V 10W+ power supplies which have the 2.5mm inner diameter power plug which would probably work for you.
I have the same exact issue.
The part I am buying for is the Blackmagic Design Mini Converter Analog to SDI (CONVMAAS2). The model of the adapters I have on hand are PSUPPLY-INT12V10W from Blackmagic Design.
The adapters themselves are labeled as PHIHONG PSM11R-120.
Digikey shows that these are obsolete and recommends PSAC12R-120-R, which I ordered several of and which do not fit.
Datasheets for both Digikey adapters show 2.1mmx5.5mm.
Writing this reply, I have realized after checking the Q&A section of the listing (no spec sheet available) that the supported Blackmagic design adapters being sold are indeed 2.5mmx5.5mm.

It would appear that Blackmagic decided to have a custom version of the PSM11R-120 made for them with the 2.5mm x 5.5mm plug rather than using the standard version which comes with the 2.1mm x 5.5mm plug.
The PSAC12R-120-R is a reasonable alternative to the standard PSM11R-120, as the output voltage and power ratings are very close, and the output connectors are the identical 2.1mm x 5.5mm barrel plug. The PSAC12R-120-R would not be a good alternative for the Blackmagic Design PSUPPLY-INT12V10W, as it uses a special customized version of the PSM11R-120 with a 2.5mm x 5.5mm plug.
As I mention above, these are reasonable alternative power supplies to consider with the 2.5mm output plug.
As another option, if you already have ordered the PSAC12R-120-R with the wrong 2.1mm plug, then the following adapter plug can be used to convert from a 2.1mm barrel plug to a 2.5mm barrel plug.
