i used this mosfet for a long time (in combination with 100 kOhm and 15 Volt Zenerdiode to protect ± false.)
But unfortnatly this item is not longer available. What type can i use instead?

I made a compare chart with the IRL530NPBF, so you can see the differences.
I agree, the closest I’m seeing is IRL540NPBF
