Hi guys, Would greatly appreciate some help please, looking for an alternative triac that has the following printed on it “137S6 2067 PJm 0914 D1” it is a surface mount 3 pin device. Also an opto coupler used for motor control: “MOC3063 951Q”. Thanks in advance, I remember the old books that had alternative products we used to have in the workshop and it was much easier than trying to find them nowadays. I am struggling to even find the original component data/specs. (but I’d be grateful if you could just provide the available equivalent component please). Regards, Damien ---
