Here is the reply I got back from the manufacturer ,  
What I can get is this document. Basically the higher you go, the bigger the Rth will become and so power derating would be needed. , I do have the PDF document but cannot attach it to this forum post If you would send an email to [applications.engineering@digikey.com](mailto:applications.engineering@digikey.com) I can get the document to you .
