Automation and Control Sensors Transducers

I am desperate.
I have tried all possible @ at all possible speeds… with no answer .
I am using the cable with the picture attached. (the USB version)
I tried two different RS485 interface
I do not know what to do more…

I have 2 sensors…. same behavior no response!!!

First of all, kindly attach the picture.
In addition,

  • Please explain what interface you are using (maker, product id).
  • Are you using AMT Viewpoint software or your own application for the communication?
  • Do you have an oscilloscope to probe the RS-485 traffic?
