Does this Littlefuse holder come with wire leads already connected?

My reading of the data sheet from the product page indicates part# 01500079Z does not have wires.
The part number directly below it on the data sheet appears to be the version with wires pre attached. However that part, 01500145HXB, is obsolete and no longer in stock.
The data sheet for the part linked below tells me it has wire leads installed’
