You would need to switch to a tape and reel packaged contact like part 2238018-1 which looking at the manufacturer website has a few associated applicators listed one of which is part 2836282-1.

The appropriate tool for part 2238022-1 is hand crimp tool part 91387-1 since the contact comes in bulk packaging.

You will need to switch to a tape and reel packing option to use an applicator like the ones I listed, contact part 2238018-1 and applicator part 2836282-1.
