Hello rchen, welcome to the TechForum! I could not find any EDA symbols or CAD models for this part. Could you explain what you mean by PCB packaging? I am not familiar with that phrase.

This is a part that would be inserted into a plated drill hole. For your design, the information for the hole size is located in the drawing on the product page.
