Welcome to DigiKey’s TechForum! Have a look at the following two parts also made by CNC Tech:
CN521R-500-ND || CN518B-500-ND
They are essentially the same wires used in the assembly, however the jacket material looks to be PVC rather than the PPE found in the assembly.
