Assistance identifying DuPont connector type and crimper

I have an old silver or tin trace ribbon that has corroded and broken. There are 20 traces across which go to a 0.1" spaced female header. It appears to use metal crimped connectors (similar to the standard breadboard crimp connector, but different) that puncture through the traces to establish electrical contact. Unfortunately, I cannot scrape away the ribbon’s coating to bond to each trace with silver epoxy.

The blue plastic piece says “DuPont” but these are NOT the standard female breadboard wire crimp connectors.

What metal crimp connectors, plastic piece, and crimper could I use to re-terminate down lower where the cable is still ok? Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
