Availability of Bare-Die (KGD) MCU and Sub-GHz Transceiver (Standalone or Integrated)

Hello,

I am looking for a bare-die (KGD) version of an MCU (preferably Cortex-M3, M4, M33, or M7) and also a Sub-GHz RF transceiver, either standalone (TX/RX only) or with an integrated MCU.

I have already used the package filters (Die, WLBGA, WLCSP), but I did not find clear bare-die options.

Does anyone know whether bare-die versions are available and how they can be obtained?

Bare-die products do not lend themselves well to being handled in a conventional distribution environment. As such purchasing from the manufacturer directly is a more likely route, and one should be prepared for factory minimum/multiple quantity restrictions to apply.
