Thank you for posting on the TechForum.

I did some looking on this, we do have part number TE33-4-16S-F0 with a DigiKey part number of 670-3029-ND. I cannot find the datasheet for this part so I cannot provide the pin part numbers. We currently do not have any stock of this part and as far as lead time you would have to look on our website and see what it says currently or contact orders@digikey.com.
