It’s hard to advise on what base/heatsink would go with this without knowing what the mounting hole spacing is on your holder.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum! The logo on the holder is from Bender & Wirth, a manufacturer that we do not carry. It is likely that this was a custom version of their 441 and as such, we will not be able to advise on a part number for this particular holder.

If the custom part is unavailable and you need to explore some more options, I recommend referencing pages 3 to 6 on Cree’s CX Family LED Design Guide. It provides some options for holders in a few different styles, including some carried by DigiKey.
