I have a couple questions about the functionality of the Banner Q5X Laser Sensor:

  1. For my specific application, there may be a layer of water between the sensor and the surface I want to be detected. Will this layer of water affect the sensor performance/accuracy of the displacement reading?
  2. How is this sensor powered?
