UL compliant? Or a similar device, need three batteries with 4.5V output. AA, C, or D. Something with a regulated 5V output but not rechargeable, would be ideal.

Sorry, the BX0018 or similar products are not UL compliant. They also do not provide a regulated 5V output and would require an external regulator to provide a continueous 5v output.
