Working on a old laptop that I would prefer to re-ball instead of reflowing. Does anyone know what stencil is needed? From what I could tell its a Samsung K4FJ10324QD‑HC12 chip. I’ll include some photos of the chip as well as motherboard.

This would be a 136-FBGA. Currently, DigiKey doesn’t provide a stencil for this package.

Thanks for the help, I’ll see what I can find out there. If I needed to replace one of these chips would the one you highlighted be my best option?
Yes, that is the part number. Search for K4FJ10324QD‑HC12 on your preferred vendors or search engines, since DigiKey also doesn’t carry this part.
