I am not seeing that we list an option from that series that would have a blue cap.
I found the PB7B2FM7M1CAL00 from TE Connectivity. Please review for your needs.

thanks for your sonic response. However we need snap in wing type not screw bolting type. any solutions?

I am sorry to say that in that function(on-mom spst-nc) the snap in items we have are red.
