From what I can read in the datasheet, the overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds are preprogrammed by Texas Instruments. But DigiKey has a stock of different BQ2969xxxx, but I can not tell if these are bare units, not preprogrammed at all, or if they are preprogrammed, but I cannot see what values are chosen.
The values can vary from:
Overvoltage: 3.6V to 5.2V
Undervoltage: 1.5V to 3.8V
So, it would be very beneficial for us to know what these values were. Thanks in advance.
From what I can see comparing page 3 of the datasheet, to the BQ2969 listed, it would appear that the ones we have listed are preprogrammed. Specifically, it appears we have the BQ2969xx where xx would be either 00, 01, 02, 06, 07, 09, and 10.
It also says for what appears to be a custom OV and UV, you should reach out to TI for more information.
