I am looking for a bracket that will go around this display, like a picture frame and have holes on the side of it to add screws so it can be mounted. Thanks.

I believe you are referring to a bezel.
Unfortunately, I was unable to locate a Bezel for part number NHD-7.0-HDMI-N-RSXV-CTU-ND.
