The fan’s approval information can be found on page 12 of the datasheet, but unfortunately this fan has no BSMI approval.

Thanks! Is it possible to request it from manufacturer?

BSMI certification is not applicable for this product.
You may contact the manufacturer to ask for the certification or test report, but they may request payment of expenses since they also have to spend time and money to obtain the required certification.
