Is BSN14-3K available in bulk or pre-cut ordering?

The BSN14-3K is packaged on a 3000 piece Tape & Reel, and is available in any quantity, down to 1 piece.
298-BSN14-3KCT-ND is the Cut-Tape part number, and the quantity that you order, will be cut off the reel, and shipped to you.

Thank you for your quick response.
My full question is this: We want to order about 1000 pieces per year. However, our tight space application requires our assembly dept. to hand crimp these connectors manually (not using automation). Thus, we do not want to have to remove/cut the single connectors from the reel. You mentioned below we can order quantities as low as 1, but can we order 1000 pieces per year, individually cut, all in one box? I would understand there being an extra cut cost added to the batch.
