Wondering whether or not a calibration certificate comes with your B&K device? If you look at the datasheets, under the warranty information it states what is included with purchase of the device.
For example when looking at the 4005DDS function generator we can see that it does not include a calibration certificate.
Whereas when looking at the 4053B function generator we can see that it does include a calibration certificate.
