The pictures and description are helpful but I am still unable to identify this switch. If you can provide some of the following answers we might be able to find some options for you to consider.
- Are there any markings on the switch?
- What device is the switch from?
- Is there a panel cutout that this fits into? If so, can you provide a measurement of this?
- What type of termination/leads are on this switch?
- Do you have a current requirement?

The V6D1 corresponds to a Contura V series from Carling, we have a couple stocking options HERE that are SPDT, the only difference is illumination. Another thing to note is the panel cutout dimensions for this series are slightly differerent than what you provided. Please confirm the measurements and check the datasheet (linked HERE) to confirm they will work for your application. The associated accessories (panel brackets, actuator caps etc) can be found at the bottom of the product page.
The switch faceplate that I have looks like the contura IV on that data sheet

Good call out, the V6D1 is from the product family, which is the V-Series. However, Carling offers a variety of actuator styles from different series (page 3 of the datasheet), such as the Contura II & III, Contura IV etc. The only actuators I can find in our system are from the Contura V series, sorry for the inconvenience.
