The AH-302 model i got says it is 240V 60Hz but I need 240V 50Hz. I was supposed to get the AH-302 model that is 50/60Hz but I dont think I was sent the right one?

After reviewing the manufacturer’s website for more information on this part, the AH-302 is the 50/60Hz version. Can you share a photo of the name plate/part identifying information on the unit?
It’s more a question of calibrating expectations than viability.
Most small induction motors of the sort used in that blower will operate happily at either 50 or 60 Hz, but rotational speed (thus airflow) will vary more or less proportionally. The heating element is just a big dumb resistor, and doesn’t care either way.
Because airflow will vary with grid frequency while the heating element output stays the same for a given voltage, the flow and temperature figures mentioned would vary with line frequency. Long story short, when running from 50 Hz one can expect less flow and higher outlet temperatures than one would get when operating from 60Hz at the same voltage.
It’s likely that the catalog listing and the plate on the side of the device indicate 60Hz because that is the frequency that it was UL Certified at for North America.
