Understand you have a 0 to 12 VDC PWM signal. You want to convert this to a 0 to -12 VDC referenced binary (on off) signal.

Assumptions

  • The new signal is on when the input PWM is at some arbitrary threshold e.g., 50 or 75%.

  • The output is driving a solenoid.

To my knowledge, there are no readily available modules. However, it could be assembled using a microcontroller or op-amp based circuitry plus supporting components such as a relay.
