I could not find direct information on the cold (room temperature) resistance of the CM-7153.
However, there is some information available with which one can make a rough calculation of it’s approximate value.
First, from the datasheet that @ryan_urness provided, it can be found that at steady-state with 5V applied, it draws approximately 0.115A, so when hot, its resistance is about 43.5 Ohms (5V / 0.115A) and will draw about 0.575W (5V x 0.115A). It also states that the M.S.C.P (mean spherical candlepower) is about 0.150 MSCP
From the same company, VCC, I found this document, Incandescent Lamp Application Information, which discusses the characteristics of tungsten miniature bulbs.
On page 4 of the above mentioned document it shows the following graph which gives color temperature for a given MSCP per Watt value:
Since the lamp has an MSCP of 0.15 and the power drawn is 0.575W, the MSCP per watt is about 0.26 (0.15MSCP / 0.575W) and the color temperature will be approximately 2150 Kelvin.
Also on page 4 of the same document, it shows a graph of relative final resistance (at steady-state) vs. resistance at room temperature for various color temperatures.
From this graph, one can see that for color temperature of 2150 Kelvin, the resistance is about 11x the room temperature value. Therefore, since the hot resistance is about 43.5 Ohms, the room temperature resistance would be about 4 Ohms (43.5 Ohms / 11).
