I’m designing the Same Sky CMS-4012-34L200-X7 (40 mm, 4 ohm) into a product
driven by a MAX98357A. That amp is filterless class-D and uses the speaker’s
own inductance as its output filter — ADI call for a series inductance above
10 uH, and characterise the 4 ohm case with a 33 uH load.
The datasheet (rev. 21 Apr 2026) gives Qms, Qes, Qts and Vas, but no Le and
no Re.
Does anyone have a typical Le for this part, or can DigiKey be asked for
one? The measurement frequency would be useful alongside it. A typical
figure is fine — I’m not after a spec change.
