My Current Part Number: C091 T 3524 800 U
Could you please confirm whether C091 T3524800U can be replaced with C091B T3524548U, and whether the alternative part is fully compatible with the existing connector in terms of:
- Mating compatibility
- Pin configuration
- Electrical specifications
- Mechanical dimensions
- Overall performance and functionality

I could not find the datasheet or technical specifications for T3524800U. Could you please advise whether T3524548U has the same specifications as T3524800U and can be used as a direct replacement?

I am sorry to inform you that I could not find any information on part number T3524800U.
The only information we have to go off of is the datasheet Quin linked.
It is up to the customer to go through datasheets to decide if the part will work for the customer.
Thank you for your feedback. May I ask whether Amphenol brand offer customization option for its connector product?
The first picture (1) shows T3524548U model. While the second picture (2) shows T3524800U model.
Could you please advise on the difference in housing material between these models? Would the difference have any impact on my measurement as i assemble this connector with PT100 sensor thermocouple. From my understanding:
- (1) using plastic outer backshell
- (2) using special metal outer backshell

Unless your application calls out any impacts regarding material of a connector you should not have any differences to the assembly.
