Hi [adem.muhea12](https://forum.digikey.com/u/adem.muhea12), What voltage will the MOSFETs or IGBTs have to tolerate? The driver will also need to tolerate this voltage when the high-side transistor is on. ---

For one driver IC for all three phases, perhaps something like the [6ED2742S01QXTMA1](https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/infineon-technologies/6ED2742S01QXTMA1/17106904) might work for you. If you can use separate drivers for each half-bridge, we have many more options [here](https://www.digikey.com/short/jzq833tz).
