Component Library will not load

Hi,

I have tried several times and the component library will not load. I’ve tried multiple browsers (Edge and Chrome), cleared cache, cookies, reboot, tried creating a new project as well and all I get is spinning wheels as in the image.. Searching does nothing as well.

Any help appreciated.
