For the charger, is it configurable for the LiFePO4 battery?

The manufacturer doesn’t necessarily use the term configurable, but it does have different output options depending on your needs.
The manufacturer’s page for that part has much more information detailing the capabilities.
No, this would over volt the LiFePO4.
This charger uses a CN3791 PWM battery charger, designed for single-cell (3.7V/4.2V) LI-ION batteries.
