We received MIC4124YME, where the label indicates MSL 2 (1 year); however, the reference document suggests MSL 3.
Could you please confirm the correct MSL classification for this part/lot?

The MIC4124YME has an 8-pin exposed-pad SOIC package (SOICEP).
Based on page 22 of the document that you attached, all of the exposed pad 8L SOICEP options are either MSL2 or MSL1, so the MIC4124YME is either correct as MSL2, or it’s actually MSL1. Either way, it’s no worse than MSL2.
