Hello, the datasheet say that the connection wires are Pt / Ni. I need only Pt wires, without Nickel at all. Can I ask the manufacturer for this?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
You will have to contact the manufacture, to see if they have it available, without the nickel plating.
If they make it this way, you should be able to get a part number for the item you want.
They may be able to tell you who may have this available.
